Method for preparing amethyst decorative particles: Raw materials: silicone rubber 96.4%; vulcanizing agent 1.2%; purple masterbatch 0.5%; pearl masterbatch: 1.7%; rose red masterbatch; 0.2% spare.
1. Mixing rubber: Add the above raw rubber, vulcanizing agent, and color masterbatch to an open mixing mill in the order of raw rubber, color masterbatch, and vulcanizing agent, and mix them evenly;
2. Rubber preparation: Use a sheeting machine to sheet the mixed rubber to the required thickness, and cut or punch the sheet into the required shape and weight according to the shape and weight of the product;
3. Vulcanization: Heat the mold of the flat vulcanizing machine to 180-200 degrees, open the mold, put in the prepared rubber, and then close the mold, exhaust, pressurize, vulcanize, depressurize, and finally demold;
4. After demolding, the product is trimmed, inspected, and packaged into finished products
