Instructions for the use and precautions of silicone rubber materials for aerospace :

1. Mix the two components A and B evenly at 1:1 by weight , and then pour them after vacuum defoaming. Room temperature ( 28 degrees) 30 minutes of operation time, 2-3 hours of complete curing; heating 60-120 degrees, it can be completely cured within ten minutes.

2. When operating, it should be separated from the container that has used condensed silica gel, and the silica gel should be operated with a room temperature silica gel tool that has not been used.

3.  When mixing materials A and B , the ingredients should be strictly in accordance with the proportioning requirements. If the proportioning is not accurate, the hardness will change.

4. Before the test, do not add color or powder to the addition rubber, so as not to cause the liquid silicone rubber to react with catalyst and not cure.

5. This product is a platinum catalyst. Water, impurities, organic tin catalysts, acids, alkalis and other organic substances containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen can affect the curing of the glue. Do not mix or contact these substances during use.
