Silicone Limits:
When the hardness of silicone is below 15A°, its tensile and tear strength will decrease, resulting in fewer molding cycles, short service life, easy deformation, and poor aging resistance.
When the silicone hardness is above 50A°, the hardness is good, but the tensile and tear strength will also decrease or reduce accordingly, and the cured silicone will become more brittle and easily break.
Silicone has performance limits. In this case, the occurrence of oil bleeding can be analyzed in different situations:
1. During production, due to the addition of powder, silicone oil is needed for the material's own production needs (to reduce viscosity), so there will also be a certain amount of silicone oil present.
2. The purity of silicone oil added during production is not high (a mixture of silicone oil and white mineral oil). Because white mineral oil is a petrochemical product, not silicone oil, it is also easy to cause oil bleeding!
