What is compounded rubber?

Compounded rubber is also often called high-temperature silicone rubber, HTV high-temperature silicone rubber. It is made of high-molecular-weight vinyl raw rubber and mixed with silica powder. Its vulcanizing agent is generally dicumyl peroxide or di-tert-butyl peroxide. They are made of peroxides and contain a certain degree of toxicity. They will be gradually replaced by injection-molded silicone rubber in the future.

 

Advantages of compounded rubber:
