How to use handmade soap mold silicone :

Mix components A and B evenly in a fixed ratio (the ratio of the addition type mould glue is 1:1 or 10:1, and the ratio of the condensation type mould glue is 100:5, please confirm the actual proportion of the purchased products from the manufacturer demand), it can be poured after vacuum defoaming. The operation time depends on the temperature, about 20-40 minutes, and the vulcanization time (room temperature) is generally 2-3 hours; heating at 80-120 ℃ can be cured within tens of minutes .

Notes for handmade soap mold silicone :
1. If you purchase addition mold silicone, component B curing agent is platinum catalyst, water, impurities, organic tin catalyst, acid, alkali and other organic compounds containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen It can affect the curing of the glue, and these substances should not be mixed in or contacted during use; and when operating the addition-type silicone, you should not smoke, and you should not use tools that have been in contact with condensation-type silicone before to avoid the phenomenon that the silicone is not cured.

2. Regardless of whether you purchase addition-type silicone or condensation-type silicone, please put the silicone mold into mass production 24 hours after the silicone mold is completed, which can better prolong the service life of the mold.
