( The operating time is 30-35 minutes at a constant temperature of 25°C, and the curing time is 2-3 hours (Note: It can also be cured by heating , and the curing time can be shortened at 60-120 )
2. Avoid containers that have used condensed silica gel during operation, and choose new tools or tools that are cleaned 3-5 times with detergent water (Note: Special attention should be paid, operators should not smoke)
Lipstick mold silicone precautions:
1. The selected rubber material is environmentally friendly addition type silica gel, which needs to be mixed with AB glue at 1:1;
2. Do not smoke during operation, and avoid materials containing heavy metals, halogens, etc., otherwise it will cause the colloid to react, resulting in the phenomenon of "poisoning" , resulting in the phenomenon that the silica gel does not solidify .
