The main performance characteristics of plaster line mold silicone:

1. Good fluidity, easy to perfuse, easy to debubble, and easy to operate.

2. The molds made are not deformed, resistant to high and low temperature, aging resistance, and do not swell.

3. Good tensile force, high tear strength , easy demoulding ,  and reusable .

4. Good weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, low linear shrinkage ( ≤ 0.3% ).

5. Rapid curing at room temperature, and can be specially adjusted and produced according to customer product requirements.

Instructions for the operation steps of making plaster line silicone mold :

The production of plaster line silicone molds is mainly divided into two types: filling molds and brush molds. Most of the filling molds are used; but for other products, if the pattern is simple and the product thickness is less than 0.5 meters, most of the filling molds are used; the pattern is complex and the product thickness is greater than 0.5 meters . Precautions for plaster line mold silicone :

1. The amount of curing agent should be determined according to the temperature, and it should be reduced if the temperature is high. If the curing agent is used too much, the silicone mold will become hard and brittle; if the curing agent is used too little, the operation time will be prolonged.

2. In order for your silicone mold to achieve the best use effect, please store the mold for at least 24 hours before use.
